It is okay to fail...

Today I was reading news paper and read one small news. A boy hanged up his self in fear of getting failed in exams. The boy was hardly of 12 to 13 years. News was printed on one small corner of middle pages where hardly people go and check. News of 12 years young guy suicide is not worth and that is why printed on such location. These are the one of the common news! Yes committing suicide due to failure or in fear of failure is one of the very normal thing now a days. From childhood, we learn how to achieve things, how to make efforts and grab the success. We are learned to win. Everyone of us know how to celebrate victory. All of us enjoy every small victory. After clearing exams, after getting job, after getting promotions all of us do something to show our happiness. This what we have learned form our parents, superiors, seniors, friends, etc. But why didn't we get lesson to handle failure? We teach our kids that he should get best, but why don

Path of Achievement

Confused about career?   When i completed my schooling i wanted to take Arts. But after my result all said that best student should go to Science and I took Science. Normal people in India today also thinks that there only three fields of study, Art, Commerce and Science; in which poor students goes to Arts and Best one goes to science. What a funny! Let me tell you my experience. I am in Education Industry (yes now a days it is industry) from 4 to 5 years. I am also familiar with Marketing and IT. One day Mr. A came to me for his kids admission. Mr. A his self is only 7th standard pass, but big business man. He said that his son is very bad in study and didn't score well in schooling exams. He wanted to take admission in my college and in Information Technology stream but due to his son's poor score, was not able to secure seat in official admission process. He offered good amount of donation to college management and got one seat for his son. Durin

Happy Samvatsari

Today is Samvatsari i.e. the last day of Paryushana —the eight day festival of Jainism.   Today a Jain person celebrates Kshamavani or "Forgiveness Day". It is a day of forgiving and seeking forgiveness for the followers of Jainism."Micchami Dukkadam" is the common phrase when asking for forgiveness. It means that May all the evil that has been done be fruitless. "Khamemi Savve Jiva, Savve Jiva Ve Khamantu Me,   Mitti me Savva Bhooesu, Veram Majjham Na Kenavi,   Ev Ma Ye Aaloyam, Nidiyam Giriyam, Dugamcchiyam,   Savv Jive He Nam Padikanto, vandami Jeev Chowisam" Lord Mahavira said we should forgive our own soul first. Anger begets more anger and forgiveness and love beget more forgiveness and love. Forgiveness benefits both the forgiver and the forgiven. To make peace in life and world, it is necessary to forgive people and have harmony with them. It will give positive effect on your “Krunanu-Bandh”.

Gift Tree - Gift Life

Before few days, my cousin was wondering what to gift to his beautiful wife? She has almost all necessary things, all facility which can give comfort her. When his brain stopped working he called me and explained me his problem. He asked me to help him with some unique idea where his wife actually gets surprise and memory of moments stays forever in her mind. After certain discussion I suggest him an idea. It was not unique as I have executed it before but yes it was rare. Oh his wife’s 26 th birthday, he gifted her with 26 new life! Shocked? No, he didn’t gift her animal or babies or insect, but rather he gifted her wife 26 beautiful plants and we planted those 26 trees. Few in balcony, few on open ground with some help of local Organization. In city like Mumbai, where pollution is one of the biggest problems, this is really unique and lovely idea to gift tree and grow them together. I know it’s not possible for all of

Igatpuri - Vihigaon - Ashoka Waterfall

Weekend near Mumbai Hello friends I had very wonderful weekends with my friends. We went to Wild Camp which is near Khodala village in Thane District, Maharashtra . It was normal and clean place. Even the path till there was green and cool. We enjoyed beauty of Kasara Ghat through out the way. But what make my weekend awesome was Ashoka Waterfall . On the way to Khodala (Wild Camp), from NH3 we took left (as we were coming from Mumbai). After few mintues span, on our left hand we got one mile stone as Ashoka Dhabadhaba .   On left there was one small raw path. We decided to go to check out that waterfall as we were early for our destination. On left path ahead, we got small village called Vihigaon . It is really very small village. There is one small school which had lots of empty space. We parked our vehicle near by the school and went near the sound of waterfall. There were few people going for Water Rappling. Instead of going behind them, we took pa

Travel India - Women Clothing

India has great variety in terms of climate, culture and ethnicity. This variety has big impact on clothing, especially on woman clothing. Most of Non-Indian people consider sari as woman general clothing but it’s not correct. We have variety of clothing. Even we have huge variety in draping a sari. Now a day, jeans and and other western clothing has become most popular in India among girls but still when you travel India please take few precaution. Even though India has variety of culture, most of them are conservative and believe in covering body very well. When you visit India try to dress in very much simple way. India has humid and hot weather. So many travelers prefer cloths which are short in length and without sleeves. So that they don’t feel much heat and body doesn’t get exhaust. I will not recommend such clothing. While traveling in India, according to climate and culture, wear cloths which cover most of your body part like pants till ankle and avoid sl
